Croke Fairchild Morgan & Beres Welcomes Commercial Litigation and Employment Attorney Tracey Wolfe as Partner

Croke Fairchild Morgan & Beres is pleased to announce that accomplished employment attorney and commercial litigator Tracey Wolfe has joined the firm as partner. Tracey brings more than 20 years of experience across a broad range of commercial and employment matters, adding depth of knowledge and litigation experience to two key areas of practice within the growing firm.

As partner, Tracey counsels clients on a wide range of employment issues including employment agreements, workplace policies and handbooks, restrictive covenants, separation agreements, internal investigations, discrimination suits, and other wrongful termination claims. She regularly appears in state and federal court on a variety of litigation matters and has represented clients in investigations and hearings before the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Department of Labor, and other state and local administrative agencies.

“Employment law is uniquely challenging because it is constantly evolving,” said Tracey. “But one thing that doesn’t change is how rewarding it is to help business leaders navigate the complexities of compliance, human resources, and the employer-employee relationship. This type of practice requires building strong and authentic relationships with clients, and my colleagues at Croke Fairchild share my commitment to doing just that.”

Prior to joining Croke Fairchild Morgan & Beres, Tracey was a named partner at a boutique commercial and employment litigation firm. For more than 15 years, she handled a range of litigation matters involving shareholder disputes, corporate dissolutions, breach of fiduciary duty claims, contract disputes, and disputes over commercial property. Throughout her career, Tracey has litigated numerous employment matters relating to whistleblower claims, retaliatory discharge, executive compensation plan disputes, restrictive covenants, and employment discrimination, achieving success for her clients by way of summary dispositions, arbitration, and mediation.

“Tracey brings substantial knowledge and insight as it relates to employment law and the litigation process, from inception to appeal,” said Drew Beres, managing partner at Croke Fairchild Morgan & Beres. “She’ll bring tremendous value to our clients, helping them avoid disputes when possible, navigate the courtroom when necessary and build policies that protect their businesses and assets. We’re very happy to welcome her to the team.”
