ABA’s Early Dispute Resolution Committee Requests Participation in a Study

The Co-Chairs of the Early Dispute Resolution (EDR) Committee of the ABA’s Dispute Resolution Section are requesting attorney participation in a study designed to gather data about the value of early dispute resolution.

Data in the field of dispute resolution is very limited, and current data is especially scarce. This anonymous survey is an important tool for gathering and analyzing data. This research will examine how client outcomes correlate with a number of variables. The EDR Committee believes that the data will help optimize dispute outcomes and will encourage the use of efficient dispute resolution.

Take the anonymous survey. Completion time is approximately five minutes.

The EDR Committee will report the results after the survey responses are analyzed.
