Voting is now underway in the 2023 ISBA Election.

The only contested seats in the 2023 ISBA election are in the First Judicial District (Cook County) Board of Governors and Assembly races; therefore, only members in Cook County will receive ballots. Members' geographical designation is determined by their ISBA address.

ISBA's election provider Election-America emailed e-ballots to Cook County members on Tuesday, March 28. Alternatively, Cook County members may vote using ISBA’s website.

If you are not logged in, click “Login to Vote” and sign in using your ISBA member login information.  
If you are logged in, click the “Vote Now” button.

If you prefer to vote by paper ballot, please email our vendor Election-America at Help+isba@election-america.com or call (866) 384-9978 Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CT.

The last day to request a paper ballot is April 14, 2023.

The deadline for voting is Friday, April 28, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. Central Time.

The report of the Election will be available around May 5, 2023.
