I took Fred Lane's Trial Techniques program when I first became a lawyer. It was by far one of the best learning tools I had. Congratulations Fred Lane!
I took Fred's trial technique course his first year teaching with Judge Irving Goldstein and learned from two masters. I have considered Fred as a mentor as I moved through bench and jury trials as a lawyer, later as a judge, and now as a mediator and arbitrator. He has been a real treasure.
