Goldberg Segalla Welcomes Patrycia Piaskowski
(CHICAGO, IL)—Goldberg Segalla added Patrycia Piaskowski to the firm’s Product Liability practice group in Chicago.
Piaskowski focuses her practice on complex civil actions involving product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort claims. She represents clients in both state and federal courts, managing all phases of litigation from developing pleadings, motions and briefs to handling discovery, depositions and court hearings. Piaskowski gained valuable experience with aviation- and aerospace-related personal injury and premises liability matters, where she developed strong analytical, strategic and advocacy skills. During law school, she concentrated her studies on intellectual property law, an area that continues to inform her approach to handling regulation-driven disputes and developing pragmatic, client-focused strategies.
Piaskowski earned her B.A. from Dominican University and her J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
