His broad-based practice includes the defense of product manufacturers, security contractors, property owners, technology vendors, insurance carriers, municipalities, and Fortune 500 companies.
Jennifer McGarrity – Philadelphia
Jennifer McGarrity focuses her practice on defending manufacturers, suppliers, and premises owners in mass tort litigation, serving as both national coordinating counsel and local counsel in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She represents clients in toxic tort, environmental, asbestos, talc, and benzene matters across numerous jurisdictions nationwide.
Shounak “Ruku” Sarkar – Wilmington
Shounak “Ruku” Sarkar serves on the National Counsel team and defends clients in toxic tort, environmental and personal injury litigation. He provides strategic counsel to Fortune 500 companies on mitigating and managing litigation risk.
