The speakers were Eugene Doherty, Illinois Fourth District Appellate Court, and Lance Peterson, Illinois Third Appellate Court. David J. Robinson, Chief Deputy Director, Illinois State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor's Office, served as the moderator for the program. Marcia M. Meis, Director of the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, announced today that the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit judges voted to select Vincent M. Coyle as an associate judge of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit. Mr. Coyle received his undergraduate degree in 2006 from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa and his Juris Doctor in 2010 from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Coyle is currently affiliated with the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office in St. Charles, Illinois. -
