ISBA President Hon. Russell W. Hartigan (ret.) received an award from the West Central Municipal Conference in January 2018.

The West Central Municipal Conference serves as the Council of Government representing 51 entities in West Cook County and eastern DuPage County.  The Conference, through its membership, seeks to improve the quality of life for residents and foster a sense of regionalism.
