DuPage County divorce attorney Chuck Roberts recently announced reopening of his law firm, Roberts PC, in Wheaton, Illinois. Located for more than thirty years at the Gateway to Wheaton, the firm has reopened its offices at 104 E. Roosevelt Road, Suite 202 in the Wheaton Professional Center.

Chuck Roberts has represented clients in the DuPage County area since 1983 in cases involving divorce, family law, civil litigation and securities fraud.

Attorney Roberts has leveraged his extensive experience in business litigation into a unique niche in the divorce field protecting business owners, professionals, sports figures and officers and directors of publicly traded companies and their spouses.

Over the years, he has been involved in many tens of millions of dollars in property settlements, support payments, asset divisions, business valuations and maintenance awards. Representing officers and directors of public companies in divorce matters presents unique challenges in today’s regulatory climate and heightened board of director scrutiny.

Roberts PC was built on the ideals of treating clients with honesty and respect, aggressively pursuing efficient solutions to client issues and continuously keeping clients informed. Roberts believes it is important to be immediately accessible to clients at all hours, whether via email or cell phone.

Chuck Roberts is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and was recently elected to Fellowship in the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Roberts finds his dual Fellowship to be a significant advantage in his practice as it makes both onshore and offshore resources immediately available for his clientele.

Roberts continues to serve as the Senior Member of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission Review Board by Illinois Supreme Court appointment. Frequently appointed as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) by the DuPage County Circuit Court, Roberts often lectures on topics relating to GALs, legal ethics and family law. He is a past president of both the DuPage County Bar Association and DuPage County Bar Foundation.

A native of Naperville, Illinois, Roberts was originally an engineer by trade and worked at the Ford Motor Company. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Northern Illinois University College of Law in 1983.
