Chicago Law Partners, LLC has announced that Danielle N. Twait has joined the firm as an attorney in its trade and association law practice.

She has broad counseling and litigation experience, having handled matters involving defamation, invasion of privacy, commercial contracts, class actions, intellectual property, and consumer fraud. In the course of her practice, she also has represented clients in connection with employment matters, restrictive covenants, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, and a variety of trademark, copyright, and contract issues.

She is a member of the board of the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law, where she currently serves as treasurer and sits on its executive committee. She also is actively involved with Girls on the Run Chicago.

She graduated cum laude from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 2008. While in law school, she was an editor of the Washington University Law Review. She received a bachelor's degree with from the University of Illinois in 2005.
