Notice of Board of Governors Vacancy: Cook County

The Illinois State Bar Association is seeking candidates for a vacant seat on the Board of Governors created by the election of Emily Masalski to ISBA Third Vice President. 

The Board will fill this Cook County position. Members seeking to fill the vacancy must have their designated ISBA address in Cook County. The member elected to fill this vacancy will serve for a one year term during the 2026 – 2027 bar year and the term will begin immediately.

ISBA members who would like to be considered as candidates should email a letter of interest and a current biographical statement to kweaver@isba.org by June 30, 2026.
