The ISBA has announced the addition of a new “Profile Plus” option on the Illinois Lawyer Finder directory.

Members will still have access to a free “Basic Profile,” but will now also have the option to upgrade to “Profile Plus,” which features a number of additional fields to optimize the member’s profile.

With the free “Basic Profile,” members will be able to select up to five different practice areas, as well as post their contact information, education history, title, and a profile photo.

“Profile Plus” comes with an unlimited number of practice areas and contact information, biography, law school, employment history, awards, affiliations, speaking engagements, payment options, online appointment scheduling, publications authored, and much more.

In addition, “Profile Plus” also includes analytics reporting to help track potential clients' engagement with an attorney’s profile. Attorneys will be able to track how many times their business card and their profile have been clicked, and whether potential clients are clicking on attorney reviews, linking to an attorney’s home website, and other select information.

To access the free “Basic Profile,” attorneys can simply log in to the website and edit their profile as they have in the past. No additional steps are required.

Those who wish to upgrade to “Profile Plus” have two subscription options: $10/month or $110/year.

Illinois Lawyer Finder averages 25,000 to 35,000 searches per month, and has had 320,000 searches so far this calendar year. Learn more about the two profile options.
