Title: Technical Advisor II

Salary: Anticipated Starting Salary $6,589 a month; Full Range $6,589 - $9,541 a month

Job Responsibilities:
- Conducts enforcement actions against violators of the Environmental Protection Act (Act) and Rules and
Regulations of the Pollution Control Board (PCB) for the Bureau of Air (BOA), Enforcement Unit, Legal Counsel; - Represents the Agency in permit appeals;
- Conducts specialized legal work;
- Prepares legal Memoranda in response to requests for legal opinions, advice or information from the Bureau of Air
and Division of Legal Counsel management. - Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated
above.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires graduation from a recognized law school.
- Requires possession of a valid license to practice law in Illinois.
