The ISBA Assembly elected four “At Large” delegates to the ABA House of Delegates during its meeting held on Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, during the ISBA Joint Midyear Meeting.
The two delegates from Cook County are Emily Masalski and Bianca Brown. The two delegates from outside Cook County are Brian Flynn and Cindy Buys.

Kamp as associate judge of the Tenth Judicial Circuit. Ms. Kamp received her undergraduate degree in 2003 from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Columbia, Missouri, and her Juris Doctor in 2006 from Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Kamp is currently affiliated with Kamp Law Office, Ltd. in Peoria, Illinois and Peoria County Public Defender’s Office in Peoria, Illinois.
