Professor Jason M. Cieslik, J.D., of Illinois State University is conducting a survey to assess how attorneys in the State of Illinois utilize paralegals in their practice. In turn, the responses will help ABA Approved Paralegal/Legal Studies Programs improve the development of their curriculum to be more consistent with the needs of the legal communities in which they serve. This survey should only take between 10 - 15 minutes. Your participation is greatly appreciated.

Justice Joy V. Cunningham and the Illinois Supreme Court have announced the appointment of Daniel Naranjo as a judge in the Thirteenth Subcircuit of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Mr. Naranjo is being appointed to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Shannon P. O’Malley. Mr. Naranjo's appointment is effective June 5, 2025, and will conclude on December 7, 2026. -
