Serving on an ISBA Section Council or Committee is a meaningful way to shape the profession while expanding your professional impact. Appointments offer opportunities to write newsletters, plan CLE programs, propose legislation, and support fellow ISBA members across the state.

To be considered for appointment or reappointment to the Bench & Bar Section Council for the 2026–27 bar year, you must submit a self-nomination online form. Please note that current Section Council members who do not self-nominate will not be considered for reappointment.

The deadline to submit nominations is January 15, 2026.
