The Illinois Bar Foundation hosted its Annual Fellows Breakfast on Dec. 13 at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers in Chicago. The Fellows honored Chief Judge Ruben Castillo with the Honorary Fellows Award and Judge Roger Fein with the Distinguished Service to Law and Society Award. -
