Shawn S. Kasserman, a founding member of Tomasik Kotin Kasserman, LLC, in Chicago, was installed as president of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) on June 1, 2023, at the Illinois Supreme Court building in Chicago. President Kasserman is the 147th president of the ISBA.

Topics included: how to calculate child support maintenance; the scope and limitations of 750 ILCS 5/513 regarding the education expenses of a non-minor child; the most common evidentiary issues faced by family law attorneys; & much more. Participants also enjoyed a networking reception after the CLE program concluded.
