ISBA Election

Voting is now underway in the 2023 ISBA Election.

The only contested seats in the 2023 ISBA election are in the First Judicial District (Cook County) Board of Governors and Assembly races; therefore, only members in Cook County will receive ballots. Members' geographical designation is determined by their ISBA address.

The Candidate Report for the 2022 ISBA Election is below. All members of the association (except non-lawyer members) with their dues paid by March 1, 2022 are eligible to vote.

(N.B.: Where more candidates filed for a position than vacancies available, ballot positions were determined by lot. Ballot positions are listed next to the candidate’s name.)

The polls for the ISBA election closed on April 30 at 4:30 p.m. The results of the 2021 ISBA election will be available on or before May 7, 2021.

Only attorney members who paid their dues by March 1, 2021 were eligible to vote.

ISBA's election provider Election America emailed e-ballots to members with valid email addresses on March 29. All members of the Association (except non-lawyer members) with dues paid by March 1, 2021 are eligible to vote. The deadline for voting is April 30, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.
