Recommendations for free CLE relevant to senior lawyers

While working on new CLE programs for the Senior Lawyers Section Council, which includes preparing programs, discussions with other CLE coordinators, and attending and speaking at other programs, it occurred to me that many free CLE programs already exist that are of particular interest to senior lawyers, and perhaps a guide to them would be of assistance. To this end, I have reviewed and will continue to review the following sources of free CLE programs for topics of particular interest.

For this installment, I will focus on the “hot” topic of the day: succession and transition planning and related issues.
